5. Cancellations, Call-Outs, and Missed Appointments

If you are unable to attend or provide access for a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible on 07514 588 470.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a £35.00 (inclusive of VAT) administrative/call-out fee.

Additional charges may apply if an engineer cannot complete the visit due to factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to):

• No access to the property
• Incorrect address details
• Boiler not functioning
• No gas or electricity supply
• No access to the gas meter

These terms also apply to third parties, such as tenants or property agents, acting on your behalf.

6. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are allocated during the following time slots:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Engineers may arrive at any time within the allocated window. In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen operational factors. In such cases, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

7. Acceptable Use of Our Website
